Why Ethiopia matters
Ethiopia is generally treated as the native home of Coffea arabica. Its coffee landscapes include both managed farms and coffee growing in forest, semi-forest and garden systems.
How to read a Ethiopia coffee label
Avoid reducing Ethiopia to one flavour. Coffees from different regions, varieties or processing methods can be dramatically different.
